John Lenhart

John specializes in recruiting health care professionals in the hospital, managed care, and allied health industries. As a specialist in the industry, he works with leading health care facilities in order to provide candidates the best opportunities available to them. It is his goal to match high performing candidates with the specifics required of the position while at the same time taking into considerations of organizational culture and practice group dynamic when matching the appropriate individual.

His background as an attorney with experience in corporate and employment law make him adept at understanding the complexities in the employer/employee relationship. In addition, he understands the nuances required to ensure full compliance with regulations concerning the healthcare industry.

He is adept in contract negotiation, sales, and marketing and has the ability to navigate through complicated corporate structures to help clients find the talent to take their organization to the next level.

John believes in both a comprehensive consultative approach to serving his clients and candidates. He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from John Carroll University.

Joan Hittinger

One of my favorite quotes is, “Leading is about the relationship between the leader and the led and trust is at its core”.  Recruiting is all about relationships.  You build them and keep them strong.  Working together is easier than going it alone.  

Joan’s focus for the past twenty years has been on the successful recruiting of professionals within infusion therapy and respiratory home care services, specialty pharmacy, disease management, and LTC/Assisted Living industries.  Serving as a Talent Acquisition Account Executive, she is recognized within this niche industry as a specialist for pharmacy, high-tech nursing, nutrition and Executive recruiting within the alternate site healthcare marketplace.  Her client relationships include large leading corporations, both public and private companies as well as serving as a key recruiting source for both start up and venture backed companies. 

Prior to joining Acuity Search Solutions, Joan served as a National Sales Manager for Masters Pharmaceutical Inc. and has worked as an account manager for leading providers such as Option Care, Apria Healthcare and Chartwell Home Therapies.  A former vocational teacher, Joan’s first position within healthcare was pharmaceutical sales.  Joan was the founder and owner of a national recruiting agency for fifteen years.
